MilaBirkin | I once heard that the 4th house has to do with our second marriage but I heard that just once. I searched it about this and I found that 9th house is our second marriage but I don't understand why? I think 4th house makes more sense because it has to do with family, security, the emotional.... And all that. What do you think? I don't want to change astrology? But come on! Someone has to be agree with me in this . |

charlie | I have 4H Sagittarius with rx Neptune there. Jupiter is in 9H. My "home", emotional needs and security lie in traveling, educating myself and expanding my views as far as my mind can take me. I don't feel secure around people that don't agree on this. I NEED to travel; physically and mentally! Is Sag my favorite sign or next husband? I doubt it. I do get along very well with them and have many friends but that's where it ends. |
Belage | Never heard of this before. |
lalalinda | First marriage is the 7th house Second marriage is the 9th house Third marriage is the 11th house------------------ Don't look back, you're not going that way. |
StubbornVirgo | The 2nd marriage is usually represented by the 9th house, I think. |

Can you please clarify? Do you mean planets in houses? Or the sun sign of the partner is in those houses? I'm a bit confused. |
Stawr | Virgo is my 4th house. I've noticed a pattern. All my serious boyfriends have a stellium of something. First bf was a triple Cancer. (Moon, Mercury, and Mars) Second was Scorpio asc, Sun, Mercury, Mars, Pluto And my bf now is a tripple Virgo. (Mercury, Venus, Mars) But then I have 3 planets in Capricorn. Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. |
Faith | It would make sense. 4th house, you settle down, establish a home together, possibly have children. It's all Cancer/moon. Then you get older and divorce or become widowed. 9th house, you're on your own, free to do what you want, and learn what interested you most. You may be heading towards retirement by the time you marry a second time. I know many people in their 50s and upwards who travel a lot; it's one of their main leisure activities. Relating the zodiac to life stages, Cancer (4H) is around the early 20's, Sag (9H) is in the 50's. |

Thanks. I had the same thought about Leo and that completely changed last year .

I read about that. I wrote "I searched it about this and I found that 9th house is our second marriage but I don't understand why? " I don't understand how 9th and 11th has something to do with a serious relationship. I mean Sagittarius and Aquarius usually run away from commitment . |

That's really interesting! |

Thanks! Although the years of each sign makes sense in this. I just don't understand (like I wrote it before) how 9th house and 11th has something to do with a serious relationship if Sagittarius and Aquarius usually run away from commitment? I think it doesn't makes any sense at all . I think 4th house makes sense and you know why I think this: you settle down, establish a home together, possibly have children. It's all Cancer/moon. You feel like home with the 4th house person. Sooo .

Third marriage 11th house? I would definitely need a 4th marriage then because my 11th house is Gemini and I don't think I could tolerate Gemini energy :-D No offense to any Geminis out there |
Koniucha | What if you just want to get married once? Go right to the third or fourth? |

I don't think that 2nd mariages are related to any specific house or planet. The 4th house has its influence via traditions, positive or negative. The only way I can think of the 9th house as related to 2nd marriage, is expansion. What I mean by that is you may have learned something about yourself or relationship through your 1st marriage and it expanded your horizon. |
Belage | I have been married more than once and I don't find that 9th house signifies 2nd marriage thing to be true. |
Sikanda | One question: instead of marriage can those houses signify simply first boyfriend, second boyfriend...? I remember my 1st bf had Mars in Scorpio and my 7th house is Scorpio. |
